Bahati Medium Roast coffee highlights the bright and tangy flavors of single-origin Arabica beans. This roast is pulled prior to the “second crack” which preserves more of the fruit essence.
Our Single-origin Kenyan Arabica coffee is planted, grown, and harvested on our co-op farms. Full-bodied with low acid, our dark roast starts with dark chocolate and anise notes and finishes with a balanced pop of praline. The Bahati Dark Blend is for people who take their time with each sip, but anticipate adventure in each cup.
Currently offering Kenya AA, AB and C which are truly exceptional, special coffees at different affordable price points. They are meticulously sorted and processed in small batches, ensuring that each cup is of the highest quality. These lots are of SL28 one of the most well-known and highly regarded varieties in Kenya. The SL28 is known for its vibrant acidity and juicy fruit notes. The result is a cup that is bursting with flavor, from sweet and citrusy to floral and fruity. It's a truly special coffee that will impress even the most discerning coffee drinkers. For lower levels of coffee including TT, email us for more details. Kenya AA is considered the highest grade. Often associated with more complex flavor, bright acidity, and rich body. Kenya AB is the most common grade. Often cups almost as well as AA, sometimes with more balance. Slightly lower than AA but still premium. Kenya C has smaller beans. Usually less intense in flavor and body compared to AA and AB, but still clean and good quality compared to lower commercial grades.
